    I dont know one way or the other on these badges. I havent seen many de swazed repo's though. Kind of defeats the purpose of the rip off part considering this drasticly hurts the value of the piece

      ......Jorne, the hook does not look correct. Either a repair or an out-and-out FAKE award piece.

      You should see about getting some better shots. In my opinion: "not for one's collection."

        The catch is not right so it might have been replaced or the badge could be bad. Don't fool yourself into thinking that repros haven't been denazified and sold that way. After all, you said it yourself. Most people would think it defeats the purpose of a fake....

            I agree, this piece is a copy of a 3rd pattern AGMuK. The one thing I see that really give the obverse away as a fake is the width of the eagle's wingtips. They should actually extend to the center of the 'scroll', and the eagle's legs are slanted rather than straight down. Surprisingly, the large font on the reverse looks pretty good, but with the pin in the way it is hard to make a good judgment on this. The front is all I need to see to call it a fake. It's a poor copy.
