Hi Gepruft going of those pics I would learn towards not good. really need a look at the reverse and clearer pics would help. Looks to me as if it is trying to be an HA.but lacks the detail even for what appears to be a ground dug award? All the best

Looks original to me. Too bad about the poor state of preservation though.

Hello, thanks for your opinion, sorry but I have not better photos. Maker can be "LM"?
          Regards

Hi Gepruft our first threads must have crossed, too quick with my reply . Reverse looks good, but I thought these were HA? First time i have see ML. Front looks quite beat up so for me it is hard to tell if the detail is there or not. Back thou looks convincing but by this maker, anyone have one of these?

Hi just an additional thought regarding front cannot see any etching to the acorns, half a wheel, detail looks poor, and the maker all make me suspicious if i were to be honest. ML to my knowledge had crimped in hinges and have never come across these as a Heer flak maker. I still believe this is trying to be an HA. But like the wife says could be wrong.

Looks good to me also. Too bad it is rapidly approaching relic state.

LM or ML also used this same design and reverse set up. Usually you see it on KM badges I believe. Some think they were the same company (LM and HA).

I'm sure it's original. This guy has sold me another one in a somewhat more relic state than this one. It's part of the cargo from a dugup cargo plane near the outskirts of berlin. Haven't you noticed the recent flooding of the market of original LM flakbadges in relic state?

Hi Don thanks for the link, did not know that . First time i have seen one by this maker, always hard working from ground dud awards as they are always so beat up and the fakers use that to there advantage . I personally remain firmly on the fence . All the best

                        Hi,
In my opinion it's an original badge , a lot of these badges were dug out in Wrocław area in Poland a few years ago. Some of them were in similar condition to this one ,showed on picts.
                        Best regards
                        Grzegorz
