Voted for the minesweeper badge. Out of the KM badges they are probably not as exotice as the heavyweight HSF or the flambouyant U-boat & S-Boat services.
They saw action in every theatre doing all kinds ogfhazzardus jobs, imagine being on a converted trawler when a stike wing of 30+ Mosquitos and torbeaus comes screaming down at mast head height, great fun!
Plus many thousands of them saw further service after the wars end doing mine sweeping service.
BTW anybody got a spare Wernstien Minesweeper they want to part with?

Hey Guys,
for me also the drivers badge. Those guys were the optimized victims for regular troops, air support units or partisan troops in the east with less to no weappons to fight back.
