Ok guys, it's been a while but I finally got myself a pair of vernier calipers, so as Tom asked, I have more accurate measurements. The badge is 96.33mm wide and 25.33mm high. Does this help? I will also get round to getting a pair of pocket scales so I can post the weight. Here are some even more detailed pics of the blobs near the hinge.
