Does everyone agree this piece is an authentic original WWII-period piece? The photos shows the badge to be quite nicely dressed with it's silver wash, but it as dull as dull could be, only small traces left of the wash.

Thanks, Don. I wondered what was going on there until I saw your post between the uploading process. The lighting is really wrong for the photos. It's as grey as grey can be.
