Fank and Reif IAB, Opinions Please.

Could I get some opinions on this Fank & Reif IAB. I read the previous posted thread on this particular make and after reading it; quite frankly, I am more confused than ever. Any opinions are very, very welcome and would be sincerely appreciated. My eyes have crossed trying to figure out the authenticity of this badge.
