in the spirit of a recent post in the association forum instead of answering the question, i will try to guide you in the search. the mark is for a herman aurich. if you use the advanced search, you could put it as titles only. you will be able to compare that with the the threads that might pop up.

The mm looks raised and the badge appears to have a high copper content....

              I once flew in a B-17, B-24, & a B-25. Next, I want to fire an 88 round.

I think I would pass on that one for a better example. The Obverse details look soft but might be OK, but the hinge, catch and mark leave a lot to be desired.

The hinge looks so much like the one encountered on the Aulrich PAB fake that can be found in the fake gallery.

Agree 100%, I wouldn't touch this one(and I have about 3 dozen Aurich badges of different types). It does have the hallmarks of the fake PAB with mutilated hinge.

Any good honest dealers for TR items out there on the web with decent prices?
I found emedal.ca, and his prices seem a little steep on some items.

                        Thanks all

                        Cheers

                            Hi Brian,

Ive dealt with emedals before... no complaints... generaly high quality stuff but YES you are gonna pay for it on the steep side... I would look round first and compare.
