No he don`t, but I will do this for him. At first I wait for a comment from D.N. In the next days I will contact D.N. and send him the link ! I have the badges and the COA`s know for get the possible refund for him, because he`s out of time and area !

As Don has said, your friend should return it for a refund as I belive these to be bad reguardless of the COA. I am curious to know if there is a date on this COA as I could not make it out if there is.

I think the date is 06/06. Unless I'm seeing things, it looks like it is just below the signature, under and to the right.
The bronze at least. I can't make out the silver, looks like a different date.

Scary, if it is a DN COA it just goes to further demonstrate that you must never rely on a COA. This hobbey is study intensive to say the least. I hope your friend gets his refund

I contacted D.N. and like the others know, he is a very fair man. He`s sorry about his mistake and he give refund of the value on his expertises !
