I think I have one very similar and I've got it logged as:

General Assault Badge, Solid By Unknown Maker # 11 - Heukemes 1.28.1 (Possibly Wernstein Or 'H' - Biggest GAB Made)

At first I thought, that it's 1.28.1 too.
But look at points, which disturb me. I looked other GABs on this forum. Everywhere as on right badge (and Frank book). Besides I don't think, that the hook was repaired.

Oleg, I think that GAB is normal.
But differences possible for this type.
