I am really confused about who I contact as per the e-stand rules for assistance with resolving a dispute with a seller who will not respond to my emails and PMs about returning a badge sold on e-stand.
I have looked through the e-stand rules but it is not clear to me who I contact or how I proceed.
I assume I contact someone, but whether it is Sebastian or a moderator I am unsure.
Can someone let me know?
