Silver IAB opinions

Just posting this silver IAB for opinions,it belongs to a mate of mine and he was wondering if it's ok and if it is then any idea of the manufacturer.

Appears to be a nice early buntmetal IAB which has lost the silver wash from the front. Maker could be BH Mayer?
