Here is my catch, no line there.

Mine measures 60.44mm in height, 41.10 mm over the track (the widest part of the badge).

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

Hans, your badge has no "blob" as well, right?

            Hey Robert,

The pic's apart from the catch pic's are at 650 dpi and I down sized them after the close up's of eagle etc

You can either enlarge them or I can send you some mega scans and you're welcome to do your stuff with them; old Marcus isn't so converant with all this photo shop lark

Here's the blob, my apologies for the pic as I use a eye glass and the camera to achieve close up's on such, hence the dodgy picture.

Next I'll some more of the catch and dimensions.

To me, the blob looks like it's perhaps a drop of solder that was accidently added to the obverse when placement of the hinge and catch took place.

This is a worse pic even. But from the front of the blob, not pictured, it has the impression that part of the blo has fallen away and this is what remains of perhaps a slightly larger blob. There is a noticable difference in colour and it's jaggered under magnification were it's been 'parted company' and an impression of line were it once was, there's a rim trace still of the broken off part.

              Just my thoughts and observation.

This is a pretty weird badge. I must admit I was suprised to see the block hinge on a Daisy as well. That said, it looks very sharp with good detailing.
I would also like to see some sizes and weights.

Bit on the fence with this one.

Here are the weights and dimensions as near as damn it, I used a calliper at my local jewellers but alas the calibarated bit on top on the rule which looks like a watch face had broken, so these are taken from the jaw readings alone as best as I could.

                  Weight: 35.2 grams (digital scale's)
                  Height: 59 mm
                  Width: 42 mm

So if Han's you could do your's please we'll see whats the what !! Or indeed how it compares to others.

Now please note marked by me details. Marcus badge is for sure from different die then my silver and bronze Daisy's, but we know that these “pebbling” details were changing on Daisy PAB’s.
Ps. It makes me wonder how many different dies were used by this maker? I guess it is a subject for separate thread on it.
