    PAB ID Help

As I try to classify these, prior to Frank's book, I wonder about the maker of these 2 zinc solid bronze PABs.

They are the same, one mint - one used; just poor photography on a rainy afternoon.

      Bob,
      These 2 are FLL PAB's.

        Dear Bob,

For all we know now - an earlier form of the solid FLL PAB (as opposed to the later flatbacks with FLL mark).
        Cheers, Frank

Thank you Robert and Frank. I did notice the similarity to the FLL, but these earlier versions are heavily vaulted and not flat like the later versions.

Frank, I think you can see how excited about the PAB book that I am arranging these like a schoolboy with a collection of insects!

            Dera Bob,

One could almost assume these are even by another L******252;denscheid maker, but some die faults link them 100% to the later FLL flat backs.
It is great to see you excited, we all know the rare treasures your enthusiasm for a topic brings out of your boxes! Always great to see you contribute.
            Cheers, Frank

That's interesting what you just said Jeff, because I have seen so far only "normal - straight" hollow examples. Are you sure your badge wasn't vaulted "on the field"?
