APB Badge - Opinions Please

Been trying for an APB badge for sometime.

Could I have your opinions on these 2 please.

My own thoughts are that the second is a fake and I am note sure on the first

Hi,

Up front, I do not profess to be an Anti-Partisan Badge collector and although the first badge appears be zinc (a good sign I think) I have to say the the hinge and pin is something I would expect on a repro, not a genuine pre-45 war badge.

The second one looks like good quality basemetal (?tombak) and combined with the flimsy hinge/pin/catch I personally also wouldn't give it much chance of being genuine.

I'm sure those in the know on these particular badges will give much more valuable opinions!

I was going to say the exact same things about both badges, that Mike did. Very odd hinge on #1, known repro catch on #2.

I wouldn't want either of them in my collection.

uk militaria ??? dont even go there hes a conman the only genuine itam you will get off him is the stamp on the jiffy bag your itam will come in

both items are totally fake
and by the sounds of it the dealer is not reputable either ,

imo you must run away from this
