IAB comments please

These photos were provided to me by the seller.
I have never seen this hinge type or placement on a hollow IAB. Looks more like it belongs on a wound badge (?). Take a look at the obverse details also.
Has anyone seen a badge like this before? I can't find this in any of my printed references or photo files (files on fakes included).

While I am making an effort at recording the member name photo credits on authentic badges coming from WAF members, I am unable to (currently) to give a proper credit to the member who did this fine composite photo of the particular fake in question (I haven't been keeping track of the photo credits on FAKES).
