This is mini for EK und Medaille Winterschlacht im Osten 1941-42.

This is a 9 mm Miniature pin of an EK2 and a "Winterschlacht im Osten" medal - a fairly rare combination (as a miniature, that is)

I don't know the value.
Soldiers (with right to wear "full size" awards) could use (wear) mini badges when in civil clothes.
