    GWL PAB couple

    Hi Guys,

Well posted my Stuttgart bronze GWL in the recent Stuttgart thread but after cleaning her up with a litle vaseline I thought she deserved some more attention next to her silver brother.

Without a doubt one of my favourite PAB couples, I just love this unique PAB design.

    Enjoy

                Hey Philippe,

                You've got a great pair .

Question for you, what color is the hingepin and is there a crosshatch pattern to the crimped ends?

You can see this on their IABs and CCCs, and was just wondering if you could see this on PABs as well. The hinge pin is also a pretty vibrant yellow tombak.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

She really cleaned up nicely, its amazing what a little petroleum jelly can do
two more to add to my must find PAB list, really like the grass pattern and shape of turrent with gun, not to mention material.

                    Hi Tom

The feature you describe are present and very well visible on the bronze one, completely in line with what we see on the hollow and massive GWL IAB's. Never had the pleasure of studying a GWL CCC though.

On the silver PAB they aren't visible because the mat silver finish is still in such good condition, even in that area, that it covers everything up.
