Two GAB's

I am trying to educate myself about GAB's using Franks book. I think the first one is a Frank & Reif 1.5.2 zinker and number 2 is Unknown massive 1.23.3 (or a faker). Number 2 is 37.2 grams. What do you think for my first try? Appreciate any comments, Richard.

Dear Richard,

Not quite correct. Right on the first one, but your second GAB is by a totally different maker. It is rather a 1.29.2.
Both are nice originals anyway.

Thanks for the pointer - I should have caught that. The finish on the second badge is high quality which should have been the give away as well as the catch.

...and the obverse design is different as well. Check e.g. tips of leaves.
