    Hi,
    what do you think of this Cloth Tank Destruction Badge ? Perhaps someone has a reference piece ?

        Hi Alex,

        I will admit, this is the first "cloth" types of these I've ever seen. That being said, it would make you wonder why there would ever be a "cloth" version when most of the original was cloth?

          In an other german forum is also a discussion about this item. The opinions there are mostly copy !

            Dear Alex,

            These all-cloth tank destruction did exist. Most of the ones I have seen are the gold version. George Peterson sold one in gold a few years ago.

              There is a cloth version illustrated in the book "Tank Killers". It is not the same as this one.

                As Ade says there is one in the Tank killers book but this one looks too neat the on in the book is scruffy and looks too new to me

                  Real Cloth TDB

                  Here is an example of an authentic Cloth Tank Destruction Badge which is still in the possession of it's original 87 year old recepient, who I am pleased to say is a friend of mine.
