    Heer Para Opinions

    Hi Guys,
Here is another one for the high court. I am not 100% on this one. The wreath is very well detailed, but the pictures aren't the greatest. Marked CE Juncker Berlin SW which looks questionable.

The eagle lacks the detail one would expect to find.

        Hi,

Basemetals, hinge and rivets all look incorrect. Unless significantly better images show something different, this is most likely a repro.

        Regards

A very poor, crude attempt. The set-up alone is for Tombak. That style Heer para was never ever made. And if this badge portrays to be the '43 style para, it NEVER had a makermark.

          Sorry,
          Mark

            No chance of being original.

                  Thanks Guys,
I more or less knew it was a fake, but actually the wreath looks pretty good in person. The eagle, however, is a complete POS, looks like it's made of copper that had a silver wash.
