        the scanned picture is not the best .... but you are right, several minor details are missing or look suspicious but think about this badge in a online auction:

        - with darker pictures
        - a little bit blurry
        - a clever photo angle

        .... and there we have the danger from this fake.

        Imo it can't foul a advanced collector who handeld several genuine BHM IABs but it is a danger for beginning collectors.

          I believe this one may have been a first generation, as I think I have located one on a dealers site that lacks the obvious "800" give away . But has a couple of the other features that we haven't discussed "out loud" yet.
