    Hi Philippe
No I mean they are 'grunts', Infantry usually the less prestigious of all branchs, Manufactures think they will take what we give them even if sub par!
    -just my thoughts

          Excellent Thread!!!

This thread has been very informative and I've set up a file for 7 Wheeler linked IABs....thrilling in itself as one doesn't get to note a new link/classification of badge everyday.

Beyond all that, this was a spendid showcase of mouth watering IABs. They were all exceptional examples.

          I need a drool cup.....and I covet them all.

Dennis, check out my chapter about the corresponding GABs, should be mentioned in the book. The link between these IABs and the 7 wheeler PAB and the GAB was discovered last year, the OM theory is older and based on two unusual MASSIVE IABs with this design, both marked OM. That theory needs to be revised. OM has something to do with this design, but might not be the sole maker involved with these designs. Another maker involved is the REAL Wernstein.

              Dear Frank,

Just for the record, because I'm not sure I'm can follow. Are you making a link between the OM Design IAB's and the real Wernstein now or just between the real Wernstein and the 7 wheeler PAB's and cut-out IAB's? The later I can follow.

                  Thank you Frank

I have made appropriate notations of the link in my 7 Wheeler PAB, Unknown Maker #4 GAB 1.21.8, and this IAB file which for now I am labeling 7 Wheeler Linked Hollow Cut Swastika IAB.

I have left my massive NM and marked OMs in the OM IAB file, assuming I understood the clarification you made for Philippe correctly.
