At last ... some local PABs

PAB pickings have been mighty slim around here lately, so I was happy to pick a couple of nice ones up at a local show this weekend.

First off a silver Aurich with dull finish ... a common badge, but I was upgrading.

Next, a bronze AS triangle ... again an upgrade (I didn't have one with the finish this good).

Then there's this thing ... it was buried among a bunch of IABs in a dealer's case.

It sure isn't as pretty as the other two, but for some reason I kind of like it better ...

... maybe this is the reason.

              Which one do you-all like?

You should have left the .A.S and bought the IABs

I'm always amazed at how dealers pile crap into a case.
                      Great find!!!

I can only wish that we had local shows such as yours.... The A.S. is outstanding. I am still looking for one of these.

                            Hi Greg,

Happy to see that you got lucky. Especialy the AS is a great find and your badge even has its original fragile catch in place

The finish is what you can expect to find on the silver zinker by this maker. Most of it evaporated leaving a coarse feeling surface behind.
