    Harder to find IAB's

A couple of IAB's arrived recently....well I'm lying a lot of IAB's have arrived recently . But I figured I would only post a couple that are more interesting or tougher to come by.

First up is a Silver L/53. This one has seen better days, has some bad zinc pest and a resoldered hinge. Not to worry, those that know me know that I sit here with a jar of vaseline anyway so..

The reverse. I'll post scans after the vaseline treatment so that newer members can see that it really does make a heck of a difference.

This next one really made me jump when I found it, I'm sure a couple of you know where it came from and I could not believe it was still there by the time I found it. I have been looking for a Semi hollow SHuCo for a long time so it's........ time.

Last one is nothing too crazy, just interesting to me because it is my first vaulted hollow back IAB. It's a worn silver FLL in zinc with the more typical hardware from this maker. I was just very surprised to see it be vaulted and it looks like the vaulting was done professionally. Very nicely done.

                  Hi Greg

                  Nice additions

I wondered why that L/53 took so long to go?

I had not noticed the vaulting on the hollow FLLs but it certainly is there on the massive FLLs.

                  Philippe - great finish.

                  cheers

Nice badges Greg and great additions........

Phillippe, I had also picked one up about six months ago. Although yours has to be in the best condition that I have seen one of these in.

@ Graeme, I do not know why it took so long especially at that price because after zinc treatment she's looking just fine to me.
