Both look good to me Den.
Has the first one its hinge and catch in recesses?

            Hi Den,

Well the first one is new to me when it comes down to the set-up.

This is on of my all time favorite IAB's designs. Not only the design is very nice but these badge quality wise excel the average zinc IAB's by far.

Like Skip point's out the set-up in yours seems to be sitting in specialy made recessed area's which in it self is a rather uncomon feature underlining the effort of the maker to produce a quality product.

Here is an upgrade of my solid example (they also exist in hollow form) that I brought back from Kasel last week. This one features a high quality frosted finish with polished highlights.

                Hello Philippe,

oustanding IAB and the best from this maker i saw until now

But imo it's not a badge of the maker which we can see in Den's first post. Compare the eagle's chest: on your badge is a clear "triangle" in it.

Imo this is the badge from Den:

                    Ak, I agree.

Check out the reverse profiles, they are very different between Dens and Philippes badges.
The gap between swas and rifle and the area by the top left oakleaf (viewed from the rear) are very prominent.

                    Nice badges guys

                    regards

                    Graeme

I think Graeme is right here, two whole different badges, Philippe I love these polished highlights badges, beautifull !!
Any idea who might be the makers of these badges.
