IAB silver ???

can anyone tell me if this used to be an IAB in silver - then most of the finish has gone.
I like it anyway.
No maker visible - any opinions ???

Hi Ustuf,

Well this once was a silver grade. The remaining finish on the reverse hardware is an easy giveaway.

The badge itself features the Shuco design.
