Hi there Yuri.

Has this badge been discussed before? It looks like a badge from a thread back in November that Alikn started. If it is the same badge the majority of comments were certainly positive.

Just my opinion but I didn't think the hollow back APB was produced with three cut outs.

Is there any sign of pitting on the metal and is the side profile a little buckled?

I hope it's the real thing as it's very nice indeed.

We've discussed this one several times. It's posted up for sale over at GermanDaggers.com. Consensus of opinions were that the badge is NOT legitimate.

I'm not so sure the previous thread was quite so negative or even decisive, I was just refering Yuri to it for further reference but then again it's some time ago and I could be wrong as to the consensus outcome.

Personally...I would not buy a three cut outs badge.

..... delving deeper into the memory cells, there was not a concensus of opinion on site. However, I did check with several people in Germany who felt the badge was nfg. That's where I was making my statement from. A slight vexation of the data banks this evening. Sorry, Rick

This badge is such a horror isn't it but it is also my favourite by far, above even the RK for me. I personally doubt that any APB would get 100% consensus from the collecting community. I can just see global phone lines melting if Detlev ever puts one on his site on a Friday.
