Well some of you oldtimers maybe remember this thread:

It almost took me two year to tie up this loose end but finally I got lucky and managed to secure myself a Bronze S&L "Monster" PAB.
With an incredible 41,1 grams it comes in second after the Bronze Flatback PAB that puts 41,85gr on the scale.
These badges will always remain an enigma and an enormous waste of perfectly good zinc but since Frank discovered their S&L GAB counterparts we can be sure that they weren't an accident.
Compared to their normal brothers the detailing on these badges is absolutely stunning and I can't but wonder if this superior detailling was what S&L intended to achieve when they produced them.
This example is unworn but sadly lost 99% of it's bronze wash finish.
