Hi guys, besides the features already mentioned i also see a difference in the eagle´s breatsfeathers. The IAB shown by me has as i see it softer details in certain parts on the obverse.I don´t like it at all to be honest.Could someone do a side by side pic so it´s easier to compare, i am having PC problems at the moment (can´t even attach any smilies to my post).
    Regards
    Hans N

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

      4 Iab Fake

hello, does anyone know why all these badges have the four circles on the reverse, all of them. i agree bayonet sloppy, hinge and catch not proper. not the same as lorenzos. would faker have the same 4 circles on reverse?
obviously there is enough shown not to buy this badge , but it has me interested. all look like they have raised maker mark in same spot too.

      thanks,billybob

The four circles on all of these badges are indicative of the "kick out" points where the badge was ejected from the die. These late-war badges were die cast, a method similar to how plastic models are made only molten metal instead of molten plastic was forced into the dies. For this series of IABs, the numbers 1 to 4 are die numbers. It appears all 4 dies were made from the same master.
