It is a well known fake, nicknamed the "angry Donald Duck". No original GAB with EXACTLY that design exists. Easy to recognize it by the mouth of the eagle.

Serrenho - I advise you go to the Collector Community forum and do a search on "Manions". There are plenty of repros at Manions. I don't bid on an item there unless I'm 110% positive it's authentic first (which doesn't happen very often).
