    Wanted. ID of 4 badges

    Hi,

Please accept my apologies if this is posted in the wrong section, but I just thought it easier to take a combined photo, & ask if you knowledgeable lot could identify each badge 1 to 4.

I tried searching number 1 online, but could not find any metal badge similar, other than those printed on helmets, & I believe 2 is a black wound badge.

    Thanks in advance.

    Ian.

        Hi Ian,

I would post the Wound Badge in the Wound badge forum with closeups and you will get more informed opinions there. The rest can be posted in the insignia subforum.

          Hi,

Many thanks for all of your replies.

I have just been given a number of items that I gather were obtained by my grandfather during the 1st & 2nd world wars, whilst serving with the British military. So this is all quite new to me (learning about German and Italian military history).

I will do as advised, & thanks again,

          Ian

And you need to show the back side of each item for any markings. Nice looking stuff!

Wow that's so cool badges. I am also working in an uniform company UAE who makes patches and badges in different style for various occupation. We are using the high end machineries for the perfect cuts and edges of patches. This is the best place to get inspo related to patches and badges style.
