The first one is a common Butterknife fake, the other is a fine original F&BL clasp.

I´ll agree with Tom here.
It´s easy to spot the "Butterknife" fake, just look at the tip of the bayonet it´s not so sharp that it should be.

Can only agree with what is mentioned above. The F&BL is original and the FLL a common fake.
