Panzer Badge by Wiedmann Opinions Please

I'd appreciate any and all opinions on this panzer badge by Wiedmann. This example sold on Legacy Collectibles for $300. The reverse hardware is garbage for sure. I suspect the entire badge is no good with many difference on the front design when comparing to an original. I may be off but would like to know for sure. Too bad this type of item is being sold into the market. So much good stuff available and this is what sells.
