Original for me as well.Hard to tell from these pics but catch may be repaired. Look like there could be some solder poured in there around the crimp. Hard to say for sure because the image is blurry.

100% ok without a doubt! I agree with Jeff here it's crucial to have a good look inside of the catch crimp to see what caused the color differences there.

I agree on the catch, looks like it might be glued in place, possibly after breaking off or just for reinforcement.
