Legit check on my panzer assault padge PAB

Hi guys,

I recently bought a part of a badge collection from om an other collector. This piece is not familiar to me. He told me its a early hollow version made but not marked by Otto Shickle. He said its a rare piece worth around 450 Dollar.
These badges are not my expertise; can somebody confirm what he told me is true?
