    Thanks guys!

    I don't have the badges myself, they belong to a friend but I will ask for better photos of the two 25 badges and measurements of the PAB.

    I'll post them ASAP.

      PAB25 = good Juncker
      GAB25 = fake Juncker
      GAB = good Deumer
      Condor PAB = fake
      IAB JFS = good
      IAB silver = good Meybauer
      PAB silver without set up = good S&L
      PAB bronze UU = good Wiedmann
      Army flak = good S&L
      Heeres BF = piece of crap

      A lovely selection of pieces to test the collector
      Kind regards,
      Giel

          Those measurements are a little small Dave. I am posting a picture of a textbook Juncker 25 number box. It is believed that all the Juncker number boxes are magnetic. The badge you have shown looks to have a non magnetic zinc number box. I like the hardware on the badge but the lack of detail, number box, and small measurements are too many red flags on the PAB 25. It is one I would pass on.

              Hmm ok, bit of a disagreement on the PAB 25. I'll ask my friend if the number box is magnetic or not.

              Thanks Jeff.

                Hi Dave, when I first looked at the badge it was original no problem. The closer I looked the less I like it. It still might be original but it is not a textbook one looker IMO.

                  My friend has informed me that the PAB25 numbered box is indeed non magnetic.

                    Hi Dave, thanks for that info. Not a good sign. If the measurements were right on and the acorns looked better I could overlook the fake number box. With small measurements, fake number box and poor detailing it looks like this badge is a very well made fake IMO.

                      That is disappointing. I shall inform my friend.

                      Thanks again Jeff

                        Hi guys,

                        Dave, thanks for the better pics of the # badges, no doubt the GAB 25 is a fake, reverse hardware setup is the big red flag with this one.

                        I still feel good about the PAB 25, dimensions are slightly smaller as Jeff says but they are within tolerance of "measurement variations" between two different collectors with two different sets of calipers. The number box is questinable for sure, but everything else looks spot on for a Juncker PAB so I would lend on the side of original.

                        If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

                          Thanks Tom!

                          My friend measured the badge with a ruler rather than calipers so I doubt the measurements are "dead on" anyway.

                          Thanks to all that took the time to reply on this thread, I greatly appreciate it.
