    Würster GAB tombak.

    Hi guys,

took some pictures today from this new GAB for my collection.
The Würster in tombak. One of the best designed GAB's and an anomaly
as the only massive piece in tombak. A true bulletcatcher on the combat field. Very difficult to obtain.
This example has a good amount of finish left with an outstanding patina.
A good fake of this type was posted by Tom for heads up last week.
Still the reproductions don't come close to the quality of an original Würster GAB.
The obverse detail is simply outstanding.

    Have a great weekend!

Hi Jelle, absolutely gorgeous addition bud. Great wear and look to this one.

I am quite jealous, I am still missing a nice Wurster GAB in tombak. Have the IAB and PAB but the GAB has been elusive.

            Well done.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

A stunner , hard to beat these solid Tombak Wurster’s for quality.

Killer example Jelle, its not easy to find a nice Solid Wurster with the right amount of wear and thick silver plating.
