    General Assault Badge (Unmarked)

     Hello All:

I was recently looking through my collection and was reminded that I never posted this badge. It’s actually the first badge I ever purchased. Does anyone have an idea of the maker? I appreciate any help.

James, I don't see the front and rear pics, however I do see the closeups of the hinge and catch. Based on these I believe your badge is an unmarked Friedrich Orth, but please repost the front and backside shots so we can be sure. No red flags I can see from just these pics.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

        Tom,

I don’t know why that happened, but please see the attached.

Hi James, thanks for reposting, indeed a fine original unmarked Freidrich Orth GAB.

I agree with Tom on this one, very good looking Orth. Not a common GAB maker.
            Kind regards,
            Giel
