Pin - what is it?

this is the wrong section, but I don´t know where else I can put it in.

Does anybody know what this is? This pin came with an EK2 and WB in Black.

Eventuell hat es etwas mit der 709. Inf.Div. zu tun, die führte zumindest das schwarze Malteserkreuz im Schild. (aber nicht den Helm, eventuell eine Untereinheit dieser Div.

I do not know which unit it could represent, but IMO it is the "Deutscher Orden" of the medieval "Deutsche Ordensritter", hence the head of the knight in armour.
