IAB second opinion neded

I joust bought that IAB and I think it is good one but second opinion is wllcomme.I would also like to know if anyone can reckognize maker.
That black collor is old patina and it looks like that badge lay quite a time somewhere in attic or dark place.Thanks in advance for all opinions.

As Ken wrote a good one either BH Mayer or F&R, the first being be my best guess.

On brest left side upper feather is a little bit larger and pointed out and on right side upper feather is more round than pointed.So what can we say about that,flaw or maker designe.
