Plaese find attached a photo of a German Panzer Badge? Can anyone please tell me if it is original or not. It belongs to an elderly couple that I am helping to identify and sell their deceased sons collection. Any help is appreciated.

Dear Paul,
When the pictures are very poor in quality this badge looks like original PAB made by RRS. It would be nice to see grass area details to tell which variant you have here. Also i would move this thread to the badges section.

From the photo it has everything that I would look for on an Authentic RRS. However it could also be a very good cast copy.
For a more informed opinion you should try to get some clearer, larger pics up.

Thanks everyone for replying to my thread and to Scott for posting the pictures of his Panzer Assault Badge. Here are some better pictures for everyone to have a look at. Like I said, I no very little about these awards so it would be nice to know if it's original and roughly what its worth? Thanks again
