silver PAB opinions..please

Hi Guys,
This looks like a silver hollow buntmetal F&R/BH Mayer PAB to me..but it also looks a little like "THE BLOB" Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

She's all mine........mine I tell you After about two or three hours online last night I was able to find this buntmetal beauty! I guess you're right after all Philippe...you have to have patience in this hobby

Hi Guys,

The badge arrived today and I'm quite happy with it! As Philippe pointed out it's a little on the dirty side but the silver finish is almost 100% and it seems to be silver plated not that silver wash that most of my other PAB's have. I haven't the nerve to clean the badge so I'll probably just leave it the way it is
When I compare it to my silver zinc F&R PAB the only difference my untrained eye can see is in the hinges. Is that that only difference between BH Mayer and F&R or am I missing something

I may be wrong but they both look like F&R to me. Zinc on the left and buntmetal on the right.

The difference is indeed in the hinges and in careful examination of the different finishes of those two makers.
