    Fake Unmarked IAB?

    Hi Folks

My Antiques dealer friend was offered 3 awards, an IAB, PAB & GAB recently (did not commit on them yet). From this great website it was found that the PAB & GAB were known fakes. The unmarked IAB cannot see anything similar, but looks crude to me anyway, Eagles head indistinct, same with finger grouve on rifle stock and where sling enters rifle butt including bolt takedown disc. I would be grateful for your comments on this one. Pictures here:

      Hi,

it´s a nice and original IAB made by the mysterious maker OM (as Philippe already stated), to bad it´s missing the catch.
      Regards
      Hans N

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).

        Thanks Philippe & Hans

After the fake GAB and PAB did not hold much hope for the IAB as well, quite surprised. Will show my antiques dealer friend these posts. Pity as Hans said it's missing catch.

        Thanks

        Hugh
