A humble bronze AWS is as high as a B-17 now. FOs will be somewhat higher, at least 20% above yours...

Panzer badge by Orth

Hello to all,
All kidding aside guys, these f.o. marked Panzer Assault Badges are hard to find. This is the only one I own. I have never owned another, and I don't even recall seeing another one first hand at a show. I agree with Philippe though. It is not a nicely made Panzer Badge at all, but the finish is rather nice. I stumbled upon this one at an O.G.C.A. gun show in Trottwood, Ohio about ten years ago. I bought this one for $25. From the same show, I also bought a bronze A.S. in a triangle, a bronze E.W.E., a bronze Aurich, a silver Aurich, and the silver f.o.. For under $200., I walked out of that show with all five of these Panzer Badges. Those were the good old days.
Best regards! TomMihi libertas necessest!

If you know were to look you can still find badges for that price Tom
Seriously though, $200 was a bargin in those days as well. Adventures like that really add fun to the hobby, much more so than internet shopping.
I just adore that FO silver you have. Personally I have never seen one before.

Don´t throw away your fake WB´s! Get in touch with me.
I collect them for reference purposes for the benefit of the hobby (for the right "fake" price of course).
