Hello. Could someone please tell me the manufacturer of this Badge? It is unmarked.
    Kind regards,
    Colin

        Hi Colin,

It's a Deschler IAB. In appearance close to the Rettenmaier and Juncker pieces.
Yours is in really nice condition and imo these have a very appealing design.

        Regards
        Job

            Hi Colin,

I think this is actually a Rettenmaier, look at the talons. Deschler and "Mutants" have pebbled talons whereas Rettenmaiers are segmented like what we see on this example:

            Deschler and Rettenmaier

Thank you for your time Tom. It’s always good to know more about a piece. I’m assuming no issues with regards to originality irrespective of the manufacturer?
              Kind regards,
              Colin

                Hi Colin

No issues with your badge in my opinion, a well aged original.

It is definitely not an unmarked version of the Deschler L/10 marked badges. Check out the reverse profile of the following comparison between a marked L/10 and unmarked badge. Both these have identical profiles linking the two. Yours has many differences.

                regards
                Graeme
