Heer Army Shooting Lanyard; Grade I

    Hello Collectors,

Picked up a decent size collection on friday, some fakes in it. Also this thing. I know just about enough to ID what it is, but I got no clue if it is real or not.

Would love to have some extra opinions on this.

    Thanks alot !

    Chris

Your Grade 5 marksmanship lanyard has odd looking knots, both the small one and the 2 large ones.
Compare the knots to those on this Grade 8 lanyard, which is the norm, and you can see the difference.

Your Grade 5 shield looks to be original.
It is the knots on the body of the lanyard that I cannot explain. I have handled many original lanyards and the construction of these knots is new to me.
I can't say they are post war absolutely but I would not be happy with them.

Hi friends. 100% original cord. It was dismantled, and they couldn 't collect it. I had experience. I, dismantled a cord of 14 knots, and collected only 13 knots.
          Sorry about my English.
