    Nahkampfspange Bronze - FLL

    Hi,

I have just acquired this very nice CCC by FFL. Just want to confirm the originality since there exist quite a few very well made fakes out there.

Also, do this CCC have a specific type name?

    Thanks for the help

Nice FLL clasp, one of the nicest condition clasp I have seen in a long time. Barely any wear to it at all, with nice two-toned bronze finish. Just a small hint of zinkpest on some of the leaves, but very minimal.

    Great clasp.

    Tom
If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

      Thanks Tom

Does this FLL clasp go under a certain name e.g. Type 1 etc.?

Do you think I should do something about the small hint of zinkpest?

Its a classic 2nd Pattern FLL clasp, Type 2.4 in the CCC book:

I would wipe it down with a little vaseline but other than that leave it as is, real beauty here!
