SOS pick up: bronze S&H GAB

    Hi guys,

This was my most special SOS pick up this year, a bronze grade Schauerte & Hôhfeld general assault badge. Although the reason why these bronze grades exist is still unknown, I'm 101% they are produced period and I'm also convinced that they were made by mistake by the companies who produced panzer and infantry assault badges!

    here's my new gem!

    Regards,
    Giel

    Giel,
That is a great addition to your collection. I would also agree with your reasoning as to their being.

Cool looking GAB! Thanks for showing!

Any chance this kind of badge might have missed its silver finish bath?

Cracking S&H mate, it’s definitely been bronze finished and it matches their early bronze finish on their IAB’s.

                  Hi guys

They are indeed interesting curiosities with nothing more than questions, and speculation concerning their existence.

                      Hi Giel,

Lovely bronze S&H, certainly appears to have had bronze finish applied at the factory on this one.
