CCBs from SOS... JFS and R.S.

A friend of mine got these at the SOS. I'm not a badge guy so I cannot help him much.

One is an R.S. and the other JFS

Can anybody help to confirm if these are OK?

Sorry to say, the JFS is a fake. The RS is original but no finish left and missing its backplate.
