Memel Medal Fake or genuine ?

Hi! I saw this Memel Medal on auction and I wonder if it's fake ? I am not an expert on WW2 medals so i can't determine if this medal is legit ( I tried comparing it with pictures of legit medals, but I still can't say for sure if it is a copy or not) . So any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Save your money, it is a fake.
If you check the Memel medal book you will find the same fake in the fake chapter.

Thanks guys for fast replay and stooping me from spending money on a fake medal! As a total noob At Wehrmacht medals i was not 100 percent sure if it was fake (I just knew that there where a lot of fakes made). In future I will do more research and buy thinks i don't know a lot about only from reputable auctions. I will also check Antonio Scapini book !
